The Tec-Trace™ Metanephrines Control kit includes three sets of Serum Controls for LC-MS/MS Assay in serum/plasma. This product is for the purpose of verifying the Metanephrines assay. These lyophilised Metanephrines controls are prepared from human serum. They include Metanephrine, Normetanephrine und 3-Methoxytyramine (3-MT) in three different concentrations. Stabilizers are added to stabilize the analytes for accurate verification of the Metanephrines procedure. After reconstitution these lyophilized controls should be treated as an unknown sample. Consult the instructions for use for information on the respective concentration ranges.
