Bluthochdruck

Hypertonie (Bluthochdruck) ist eine chronische Herzerkrankung, bei der der systemische arterielle Blutdruck erhöht ist. Es wird zwischen der primären (90-95 %) und der sekundären Hypertonie (5-10 %) unterschieden. Eine persistierende Hypertonie ist ein signifikanter Risikofaktor für Schlaganfall, Herzinfarkt, Herzinsuffizienz, arterielle Aneurysmen und eine der häufigsten Ursachen einer chronischen Niereninsuffizienz. IBL International bietet ein breites Spektrum an Immunoassays (ELISA / LUM / RIA) für Diagnostik- und Forschungsanwendungen in diesem bestimmten Bereich an. Beispiele sind ELISA-Tests für Aldosteron, Angiotensin und aktives Renin. Beachten Sie bitte unsere Katecholamin-Assays zur Bestimmung von Adrenalin und Noradrenalin, da erhöhte Konzentrationen dieser Hormone bei Patienten mit Hypertonie und solchen, die unter Phäochromozytomen leiden, auftreten.
