The Tec-Trace™ Vitamin B1 & B6 Calibrator Kit includes two sets of whole blood calibrators for LC-MS/MS Assay in whole blood. This product is to be used as a mean of calibrating the Vitamin B1 & B6 assay. These lyophilised Vitamin B1 & B6 calibrators are hemolysates prepared from packed human erythrocytes. Stabilizers are added to stabilize the analytes for accurate calibration of the Vitamin B1 & B6 procedure. After reconstitution these lyophilised calibrators should be treated as an unknown sample.
